Hi-tec Recycling   Multi Metal Separation

The Multi Metal Separation Hi-Tec Recycling Plants are capable of processing, i.e. breaking up and separation, a wide variety of materials:

  • Wrecked automobile cars
  • Electronic scrap
  • Electric motors <15 kW
  • Aluminum scrap
  • White goods
  • Mixed scrap

Power sources in 750 hp, 1.000 hp, 1.250 hp

Input depending on size of drive motor:

Mixed Scrap 12 - 25 t/h
Cut - Offs processed as cool scrap 10 - 15 t/h
Stainless steel scrap   8 - 12 t/h
Aluminum scrap   6 - 10 t/h
Electric motors, dynamos and electronic scrap   6 - 12 t/h

Just as an example for many other features we want to highlight the special design of the hammer mills which can be changed within 2 1/2 and 4 hours. That gives you the flexibility of processing different products and minimizing 
the cost. Just change the tool to run another product on your high - Tec recycling plant.

Special high degree of purity is reached by processing of copper, class 2 at 90 to 93 % and Aluminum at 96 to 98%
